Lunaris & Co ships to addresses within:
- All 50 U.S. states and territories
- Canada
- Selected international destinations

2. U.S. Shipping Options
2.1 Standard Delivery
- Cost: $6.95 USD (Free on orders over $75 USD)
- Timeframe: 3–7 business days
- Carrier: USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground
2.2 Expedited Delivery
- Cost: $14.95 USD
- Timeframe: 2–3 business days
- Carrier: FedEx Express or UPS 2-Day Air
2.3 Overnight Delivery
- Cost: $29.95 USD
- Timeframe: Next business day (order before 11 AM CST)
- Carrier: FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air
3. Canada Shipping
3.1 Standard Delivery
- Cost: $19.95 USD (Free on orders over $150 USD)
- Timeframe: 5–10 business days
- Carrier: USPS International, UPS, or DHL
3.2 Express Delivery
- Cost: $29.95 USD
- Timeframe: 3–5 business days
- Carrier: DHL Express or FedEx International Priority
4. International Shipping
4.1 Rest of World
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Timeframe: 7–21 business days
- Carrier: DHL, UPS, or FedEx International
5. Processing Times
- Standard Products: 1–2 business days
- Custom/Personalized Items: 5–7 business days
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:

- A link to track your package online
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
7.1 U.S. Customers
All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable U.S. sales taxes where required. No additional customs charges apply within the United States.
7.2 International Customers
You may be responsible for:
- Import duties
- Local taxes
- Customs clearance fees
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices.
8. Delivery Attempts
If you're not available for delivery:
- The courier will leave a delivery notice
- Packages may be left in a secure location if authorized
- Redelivery can be arranged directly with the carrier
- Pickup from a local depot may also be available
9. Shipping Restrictions
9.1 Restricted Items
Some items may have shipping restrictions:
- Hazardous materials or liquids
- Items exceeding size or weight limits
- Products restricted by import laws of the destination country
9.2 Address Requirements
We cannot ship to:
- PO Box addresses (for certain carriers)
- Military APO/FPO addresses
- Freight forwarding services
10. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package appears lost:
- Check your tracking information
- Verify your shipping address
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us within 30 days of shipment
11. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and contents
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund

During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.):
- Place orders early to avoid delays
- Processing times may be extended
- Express shipping is recommended for urgent orders
