Lunaris & Co ships to addresses within:
- Continental United States
- Alaska and Hawaii
- Canada
- Selected international destinations

2. U.S. Shipping Options
2.1 Standard Delivery
- Cost: $6.95 USD (Free on orders over $75 USD)
- Timeframe: 3–7 business days
- Carrier: USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground
2.2 Expedited Delivery
- Cost: $14.95 USD
- Timeframe: 2–3 business days
- Carrier: UPS 2-Day Air or FedEx Express Saver
2.3 Overnight Delivery
- Cost: $29.95 USD
- Timeframe: Next business day (order before 11 AM CST)
- Carrier: FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air
3. Canada Shipping
3.1 Standard Canada Delivery
- Cost: $19.95 USD (Free on orders over $150 USD)
- Timeframe: 5–10 business days
- Carrier: USPS International, UPS, or DHL
3.2 Express Canada Delivery
- Cost: $29.95 USD
- Timeframe: 3–5 business days
- Carrier: DHL Express or FedEx International Priority
4. International Shipping

5. Processing Times

- Custom/Personalized Items: 5–7 business days

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of applicable U.S. sales taxes where required.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices.
8. Delivery Attempts
If you're not available for delivery:
- The courier will leave a delivery notice
- Packages may be left in a secure location if authorized
- Redelivery can be scheduled with the carrier
- Collection from a local depot may also be available
9. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be restricted from shipping due to carrier or destination regulations:
- Hazardous materials or liquids
- Items exceeding size or weight limits
- Products restricted by the destination country’s import laws
9.2 Address Requirements
We cannot ship to:
- PO Box addresses (for certain carriers)
- Military APO/FPO addresses
- Freight forwarding services
10. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package appears lost:

- Verify your shipping address
- Check with neighbors or building reception
- Contact us within 30 days of dispatch

If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and contents
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
